I believe that Princess Bubblegum came out on top in this battle. While both characters are extremely intelligent, PB’s scientific knowledge gives her an edge over the Ice King. While the Ice King has a few powerful ice-based attacks, PB’s fire breath and candy powers are more than enough to offset his advantage.

These are my thoughts on the match-up: Manteau has a bit of an advantage in combat adrenaline and statistics yet lacks gear that can be used effectively versus Rune Armor (though you could use Explosive Arrows). I think for both mage types it would come down to really classic spell casting and proper positioning/maneuvering vs one another.

From what I can see, KOF Mugen has the advantage in this fight. Her speed and agility will make it hard for Robo-Mukai to hit her, and her immobilizing spells will give her the opportunity to attack him while he’s helpless. Additionally, Robo-Mukai doesn’t seem to have any way of defending himself against KOF Mugen’s powerful magic attacks.

But for my part (and perhaps for the sake of brevity), I will concentrate on two primary strategies which have proven themselves time and again to be highly effective against almost all oppositions at just about any level of play:
